Rejoining our Ray White community, Wayde stands not only as a seasoned professional but as a visionary recognized by industry leaders and organizations for consistently delivering an unparalleled property management experience. His illustrious track record comprises notable awards, including the REIQ Young Gun of 2016, Ray White QLD BDM of the Year 2016, The Real Estate Training Group BDM Of The Year for 2017 & 2018 in QLD, The PPM National BDM of the year 2018, and REIQ BDM of the year for QLD 2019.

Initiating his real estate journey in 2012, Wayde's unwavering commitment to knowledge and training propelled him into the\ technology industry in 2019. Taking his temporary leave from our office at this time, he spearheaded the launch of a technology brand across QLD, rapidly ascending to a national role overseeing sales and account management teams. The company's achievements, including winning the 2022 Proptech Association Australia's Most Innovative for Consumer Scale Up Award, underscore Wayde's adept navigation of the intricate intersection between technology and real estate.

This success not only elevated Wayde's professional profile but also heightened demand for his coaching and consulting, and he left technology to focus on this space in 2022. His desire to mentor others and his continued passion for real estate lead him back to us and he is looking forward to bringing all these new skills & experiences to the table in his new role as Head of Growth. He will be working with our Investment Consultants and Property Management team with an aim to provide a one of a kind service to investors focused on partnering with our clients in a more active advisory role. He wants to provide the property management service that clients want rather than the typical one size fits all approach.

Wayde was born and bred in Brisbane, having spent most of his life living in Woolloongabba, Ashgrove & Chermside. One of 9 children, Wayde graduated from Kelvin Grove Campus, and had a brief stint as an apprentice mechanic prior to starting in real estate.

In his spare time you can find him searching and collecting new novels to add to his already growing collection which he has been collecting since he was 9 years old and has well over 3000.
