Rejoining our Ray White community, Wayde stands not only as a seasoned professional but as a visionary recognized by industry leaders and organizations for consistently delivering an unparalleled property management experience. His illustrious track record comprises notable awards, including the REIQ Young Gun of 2016, Ray White QLD BDM of the Year 2016, The Real Estate Training Group BDM Of The Year for 2017 & 2018 in QLD, The PPM National BDM of the year 2018, and REIQ BDM of the year for QLD 2019.

Initiating his real estate journey in 2003, Wayde's unwavering commitment to knowledge and training propelled him into the technology industry in 2019. 

In 2019, Wayde took his expertise into the tech world, leading the rollout of a proptech brand across Queensland and later nationally — a journey that saw the company win Proptech Association Australia’s Most Innovative Consumer Scale-Up Award (2022).

After several years of coaching and consulting, Wayde has come full circle — returning to Ray White with fresh insights and renewed passion. In his new role as Investment Property Specialist, he’s focused on working closely with our Sales and Property Management teams to deliver a truly personalised experience for investors.

Wayde’s mission? To provide the kind of property management service clients actually want — one built on partnership, strategy, and results, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Wayde was born and bred in Brisbane, having spent most of his life living in Woolloongabba, Wishart, Ashgrove, and Chermside. Growing up as one of nine children, Wayde learned early on the value of connection, laughter, and community.
